I recently had the opportunity to review a gorgeous tee-shirt from SharpShirter.com, and would love to share a little bit about the company (from their website):

Sharp Shirter is dedicated to creating products that revolve around the relationship between animals and humans. We are intrigued by the way in which humans group animals into different categories. I am very health conscience, and have always raised my kids to eat “real” food, not processed convenience foods, but every now and then when time is short, it is nice to have a quick food that is also REAL food!!!  The GoodOnYa Bar is the perfect solution!!

This year one of my New Years resolutions was to get healthier and lose some extra pounds (like many of you, I am sure).  So far I have been doing really good.

One of the things I have missed the most since I began my weight loss journey has been baked goods.  I LOVE breads and pastries, but while counting calories, I have pretty much given them up.

When I received my Zone 1-2-3 Foods Standard Program package I was in heaven….. so much bread and baked goods!!!  I was a bit concerned about how my weight would respond, but mostly I was just excited to have some baked goodness to indulge in!
